The thermal hotel surpassed my expectations in every way. I was blown away by the extensive spa options even in the winter, providing the perfect opportunity for relaxation and health improvement. The Aqua city was a haven for families with children, and I would recommend providing warnings in English about pool rules and time restrictions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including the delightful cellular honey. The spacious and beautifully maintained green territory added to the overall charm of the hotel. Its prime location close to shopping malls, food shops, teleferik, and restaurants made it incredibly convenient. my stay was jaw-droppingly amazing, with spacious and clean rooms, spectacular gardens, and access to pools and an aqua park that were simply mind-blowing. The level of service provided far exceeded the very reasonable price, and I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel in the heart of Balcova.

Unexpected construction work. Fitness center was closed.

The breakfast was very extensive and there was something for everyone. Very large selection! The rooms are a bit outdated and remind more of a nursing home. Nevertheless, the rooms were clean. But you could be moderated, because everything is very outdated.
The room could be a little nicer

Enjoyed the Easter holidays in a hotel with lovely thermal pools and spa treatments available. the rooms had a decent size and the bathroom was spacious. the hotel was located in a safe, middle-class neighborhood, with modern shopping malls, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The restaurant's food was repetitive, lacking in different options and didn't showcase local foods. the cleanliness of the room and bathroom could have been more thorough.

The thermal facilities were nice and had a few different pools and water-massage jets. The outdoor heated pool had a stunning view of the mountains. The hotel is also close to shopping malls and restaurants.
The atmosphere was too calm, and it was difficult to relax as it seemed more like a hospital than a hotel. The rooms were not up to par, with broken facilities and dirty dishes left in the room.

We loved the daily buffet breakfast, especially the honeycombs which were a great start to our day. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping. We also appreciated the complimentary water, and the fact that there were seven thermal pools available for free. The staff was extremely helpful and the room service was quick and reliable.
We felt very much at home during our stay and had no reason to complain.
